A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your event date.  Final payment is due the day prior to the party, along with the final guest count. Deposits and final payments can be made securely online via credit card, or you may mail a check.  (Please note, dates are not reserved until deposit is received).

 

All parties are reserved with a minimum of 8 party guests and a maximum of 10 party guests, unless otherwise negotiated with Kidz Act. If less than 8 guests attend, the minimum party amount still applies. There is a $12.00 additional charge for guests numbering over 10. A group of 12 children is the recommended maximum.

 

In order to accommodate the group in the best manner possible, it is important that the guests arrive on time. Late arrivals will be integrated into the current stage of the party.

 

The party hostesses will promote good manners and appropriate behavior to the best of their ability; however, you will be ultimately responsible for the children's behavior.  Although accidents do happen, if anything belonging to Kidz Act is damaged due to misuse or neglect, you will be charged for any and all replacements.

 

If it becomes necessary to cancel your party, we will try to reschedule within the next 4 weeks. If your party is not rescheduled, your deposit will be retained.

 

Parties booked within seven business days of the event must be paid in full prior to the event.  Also, please note, an additional rush service fee of $25.00 will be added to your total.

 

Party Times: Parties are 2 hours in length. Parties may be scheduled at 11am & 3pm on Saturdays and 1pm on Sundays upon availability. Please let us know if you would like a weekday pre-school or kindergarten event, after school event or a Friday night event. Special arrangements can be made to accommodate you.

 

At Kidz Act we ask that you limit your adult guests. Our parties are well structured and too many adults can limit our opportunity to create that special moment.
